    Overseeing the entire design and construction phase of the project, organizing sub-contractors to meet project schedules.

    Includes analyzing the facilities existing condition and developing a solution to restore the structures optimum safety and performance.

    A key component of project development used to determine whether the project has sufficient merit to continue into more detailed phases.


Capobianco & Associates is typically the Prime Consultant and Structural Engineer of Record on our projects.

Serving as the Prime Consultant, we manage geotechnical, civil, architectural, mechanical and electrical engineering disciplines required for our projects.  We direct our projects from the initial planning stage, through site selection and feasibility studies, to permitting and preliminary and final design. 

Our services also include due diligence studies, condition assessment reports, prioritized repair recommendations, rehabilitation construction documents and resident engineering services.
